The biggest find of the whole trip was this great 4 hour parking space right by the beach on Fisherman's Wharf, in the shade, four hours and no tolls. Try that in DC or NY...
That's Alcatraz in the background. That's Erde in the shade.
In a few minutes, we'll make our customary stop at Coyt Tower and then head off to Lake Tahoe. Erde is fine, so no need to hang around this lovely place for another day, except its sheer beauty and the Google wealth, evident everywhere. The road beckons.
